Wiro & Spiral Bound
Wiro & Spiral Bound

Mostly seen on calendars and notebooks. Individual pages are cut down to size, collated into sets and then holes are punched through the pages along the spine. Wiro binding uses a series of parallel wire loops that are inserted through the punched holes and attached to a wire along the spine. A continuous plastic or metal wire can also be wound through the holes - this is known as spiral binding.
